THE 99 are the comic world's newest (and coolest) superheroes based on Islamic culture and history. The series promotes universal themes of tolerance, teamwork and diversity. The young heroes of THE 99 provide positive role models for all the world's children. Recently, THE 99 stood cape to shoulder with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and the other heroes of the Justice League of America in a mini-series adventure to promote tolerance and peace for a troubled world.

In 2012, THE 99 will visit your home in a weekly, animated television series produced with Endemol, the world's largest syndicator of television programs. Teshkeel Media Group, parent company of THE 99 was founded by Dr. Naif Al-Mutawa, an American educated Kuwait psychologist, to provide unparalleled worldwide family entertainment. A second season of THE 99 is already in production.
